  	UPPER SANDUSKY -- Funeral services for Kathryn E. Marchand, 96, a resident of Fairhaven Health Care Community, Upper Sandusky, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Fairhaven Chapel, the Rev. Cathy Wirth officiating. Burial will be in Hueston Cemetery, Forest. Visitation will be held an hour before time of services Saturday at the chapel. Mrs. Marchand died at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, 1998 at the nursing home. She was born March 19, 1902 in Kenton to Rolla and Rachel (Wyburn) McBride. She married Jacob A. Marchand on July 14, 1921, and he died July 4, 1960. She also was preceded in death by a son, Jack W.; and a brother, L. Hobart McBride. Mrs. Marchand retired from the Higbee Department Store, Cleveland. She was a member of the Cleveland OES and the Christian Church in Bellefontaine. Memorials may be made to Fairhaven Health Care Community. Arrangements are being handled by Shields Funeral Home, Forest.
