  	According to the Atlas of Allen County, Ohio by H H Hardesty & Co. Publishers, Chicago, "Jacob and Mary Schwartz came from Württemberg, Germany to Pennsylvania in 1847. They afterwards removed from Pennsylvania to Hancock County, Ohio." 1847 seems to be incorrect as in the 1850 Census there is a definite demarcation between their son, John, born in 1833 in Germany and their twins, Eva and Jacob born in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania in 1835. In addition we have a record showing that Johann Jakob Schwarz of Voehringen registered to emigrate to North America on 10 Feb. 1834.
